About Monica Hebert

I paint various subjects because I have a desire to figure out ( without anyone showing me how) exactly how to create whatever image, idea or emotion on the canvas. It’s not a spiritual journey, per se. It’s more about knowing myself so well, that I know the whole reason I paint is to do the sleuthing. What makes it even better- color! I do it in colors I enjoy. And knowing this, more clearly now, I’ll be pursuing some really interesting...
